Snake Control Services

Snakes rarely appear at random. They follow food and shelter — mostly rodents, clutter, overgrowth and easy entry points around a building. Termax's snake control service is a preventive pest-management programme that removes those attractions and makes your home, society or worksite far less likely to see a snake in the first place.

• ✔ Site inspection — we survey the premises and perimeter to identify snake-attracting conditions and likely entry points.
• ✔ Rodent control — rats and mice are a primary food source for snakes; reducing them is the single most effective deterrent.
• ✔ Harbourage reduction — guidance on clearing clutter, debris, woodpiles and overgrowth where snakes hide.
• ✔ Entry-point sealing — sealing gaps in doors, drains, gaps in compound walls and utility openings.
• ✔ Deterrent treatment — application of approved snake-deterrent measures around the building perimeter and vulnerable zones.

Homes and villas, gated communities and RWAs, and industrial or warehouse sites in Hyderabad and Secunderabad — anywhere adjacent to open land, greenery or water where snake activity is a concern. Available as a one-time treatment or under an annual maintenance contract (AMC) for ongoing protection.

Important — we do not catch or relocate snakes
Termax provides preventive snake control only. We do not offer snake catching, rescue or relocation. If you have an active snake sighting and need a snake removed, please contact your local forest department or a licensed wildlife rescue service — snake handling in India is regulated under the Wildlife Protection Act and must be done by a licensed handler.
